ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday summoned an emergency meeting of the National Security Committee on Friday. The meeting will take place at the Prime Minister house in Islamabad, local media reported.
A local Television channel reported that the meeting will discuss critical national security issues of the country.

The PM would preside over the meeting and review the current security situation in the country. This high-level meeting comes when Pakistan faces a range of security challenges, including terrorism, border tension, and regional instability.
