PM Shehbaz for Housing Societies for Overseas Pakistanis in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday directed the concerned authorities to develop modern residential buildings and housing societies for overseas Pakistanis in Islamabad. 

While chairing a high-level meeting on the overseas Pakistanis’ investment in the housing sector of the federal capital, the Prime Minister said the experienced and well-reputed firms should be engaged in the construction of quality residential buildings for the overseas.

The Prime Minister was briefed by senior Capital Development Authority (CDA) officers on the overseas Pakistanis’ investment prospects in the housing sector.

PM Shehbaz Sharif also directed for proper marketing of the projects of CDA with the potential to attract maximum investment.

The premier said the federal government would not compromise on the quality of development projects in the federal capital and called for projects’ completion before the deadline.

Federal ministers Ishaq Dar and Azam Nazeer Tarar, Advisor Ahad Cheema, Special Assistant to Prime Minister Tariq Bajwa, and senior CDA officers attended the meeting.
