ISLAMABAD: Pink Sauce Pasta is a delightful treat for pasta enthusiasts, known for its rich taste and simplicity. Pair it with a chicken fillet to elevate your meal experience.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 cups tomato puree
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp red chilli flakes
2 cups boiled penne pasta
4 chicken fillets (550 g total)
Instructions:
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium flame and sauté the garlic for a few seconds. Add tomato puree, tomato paste, and 1/2 cup milk, cooking until it starts to simmer.
Stir in the cream and cook for two minutes. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and red chilli flakes, cooking for another minute.
Add the boiled penne pasta and cook for an additional minute.
Fry the chicken fillets, then cut each fillet into 5 strips and place them on top of the pasta.
Your Pink Sauce Pasta is ready to serve.
