ISLAMABAD: Airbus-320, a narrow-body aircraft has arrived at Islamabad International Airport and joined the fleet of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), officials said on Friday.

Officials said that the new aircraft arrived in Islamabad from Abu Dhabi, UAE. The national flag carrier spokesperson Abdullah Hafeez Khan told the media that PIA has acquired four airplanes this year and the fourth of this series has also landed in Islamabad.

The spokesperson added the modern aircraft would help the PIA to provide better travel facilities to the passengers. He further said that the number of A320 airplanes in the national flag carrier fleet has increased to fourteen.
