LAHORE: The ICC delegation, tasked with inspecting venues and facilities for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, met with Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi on Wednesday. Led by Chris Tetley, ICC’s Head of Events, the delegation included Sarah Edgar, Senior Manager Event Operations at ICC, and Aun Zaidi, Manager Event Operations.
PCB official Salman Naseer serving as Chief Operating Officer, Director International Cricket PCB Usman Wahla, and other PCB officials were also present during the meeting. Discussions centered on preparations and successful execution of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi expressed enthusiasm about Pakistan hosting the tournament, emphasizing the significance for both the board and fans nationwide. He pledged to provide top-notch facilities befitting the tournament’s historic stature, announcing upgrades to three major venues ahead of schedule.
