ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to supporting the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) has been reiterated on multiple occasions, particularly in the context of Kashmir Solidarity Day.
According to a report by Kashmir Media Service, Pakistan considers it a national duty to stand by the oppressed Kashmiris until they achieve freedom from Indian subjugation.
The report emphasizes that Pakistan has been vocal in advocating for the rights of the struggling Kashmiris for over seven decades. This steadfast solidarity serves as a source of encouragement for the Kashmiri people, who continue their struggle against Indian illegal occupation with Pakistan’s unwavering support.
Highlighting the historical significance, the report underlines that Pakistan’s love has been a driving force behind the Kashmiris’ resistance, viewing their struggle as an extension of the broader Pakistan Movement. Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah aptly referred to Kashmir as the “Jugular Vein” of Pakistan, emphasizing the critical role of a strong and stable Pakistan in resolving the Kashmir dispute.
The report condemns the Modi regime’s illegal actions on August 5, 2019, in the occupied territory, considering them a validation of the Two-Nation Theory. It calls on the international community not to remain indifferent to the ongoing situation in IIOJK, asserting that the region is destined to become part of Pakistan. The report urges global support for the Kashmiris in their struggle against India’s oppressive policies.
