ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has finalised the Pakistan squad for the upcoming ICC T20I World Cup scheduled to be played in the United States and West Indies next month, however a formal announcement of the 15-member squad will be made on May 22nd after the first T20I match against England.
According to sources, the 15-member squad, led by Babar Azam would include three wicketkeeper batsmen (Muhammad Rizwan, Usman Khan and Azam Khan), five pacers Shaheen Afridi, Haris Rauf, Mohammad Amir, Naseem Shah and Abbas Afridi and a number of batters and all-rounders.
Haris Rauf has made a comeback after recovering from the injury. Following is the 15-member squad for the ICC World Cup as per media reports.

Babar Azam (captain), Mohammad Rizwan, Fakhar Zaman, Shadab Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed, Shaheen Afridi, Saim Ayub, Usman Khan, Azam Khan, Imad Wasim, Abrar Ahmed, Mohammad Amir, Naseem Shah, Abbas Afridi, Haris Rauf
Travelling reserves: Salman Ali Agha, Hasan Ali, Irfan Khan Niazi
Pakistan has been placed in Group A alongside arch-rivals India, Ireland, Canada and the USA. The Green Shirts would begin the World Cup campaign with a contest against the USA on May 6 and would take on India in the highly anticipated and high-voltage match on June 9. Pakistan would face Canada and Ireland on June 11 and June 16 respectively.
The team would leave for the US, after completing the T20 series against England.
