RAWALPINDI: Pakistan’s Security Forces killed two wanted terrorists in an intelligence-based operation in the Jani Khel area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Bannu district here on Wednesday, according to a press release by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Pakistan’s Security Forces targeted an area in Jani Khel following reports of terrorist presence, ISPR stated.
During the operation, a fierce firefight ensued between the security forces and the terrorists. As a result, two terrorists were neutralized, while weapons and ammunition were seized from their possession.
The eliminated terrorists were identified as individuals who had actively engaged in terrorist activities against both security forces and innocent civilians.

The local population in the area expressed their appreciation for the swift action taken by the Security Forces.
They also pledged their full support in the ongoing efforts to eliminate the menace of terrorism, emphasizing their commitment to maintaining peace and security in the region.
