Pakistan’s Security Forces Kill Two Terrorists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Two terrorists were killed in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) conducted by security forces in Pakistan’s northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, said a military statement on Friday.

The anti-terror operation was conducted on the reported presence of terrorists in North Waziristan district of the province, said the media affairs wing of Pak-Army.

During the operation, following a fierce exchange of gunfire, two terrorists identified as Abdullah Khadri and Khalid @ Janan, were killed.

The ISPR statement read that the killed terrorists had been actively involved in various terrorist activities in the region, including the targeted killing of innocent civilians.

Sanitization operation is being conducted in the area to eradicate any other terrorist as the Security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country.
