Pakistan’s President Strongly Condemns Israeli Brutalities Against Palestinians

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s President, Dr. Arif Alvi, on Sunday strongly condemned the Israeli government’s brutalities and massacre of innocent Palestinians in Gaza.

In a statement posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, President Alvi expressed outrage at the indiscriminate killings, particularly of children, women, and innocent civilians, emphasizing that Israel had crossed all limits of humanity.

According to the President, the extent of cruelty and barbarism carried out by Israel, including the cutoff of essential supplies such as water, electricity, food, and medicine, has reached unprecedented levels in human history. He lamented the failure of the international community to prevent Israel from committing what he termed as genocide against the Palestinian people.

President Alvi Urges UN, OIC to Meet Urgently

President Alvi called upon the United Nations (UN) and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to convene urgently to halt Israel’s brutal actions. He stressed the immediate need for medical aid, food, and other supplies to be dispatched to prevent further devastation and a humanitarian catastrophe in Palestine.

Furthermore, the President reiterated Pakistan’s steadfast support for the establishment of an independent state for the Palestinian people, emphasizing that this was the only viable solution to bring lasting peace and stability to the region. “Pakistan supports the establishment of an independent state for the Palestinian people that is the only solution to bring lasting peace and stability in the region,” the president stated.
