Pakistan’s President Calls for Scientific Advancements in Muslim Countries

ISLAMABAD: In an effort to promote scientific advancement, the President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi emphasized enhanced cooperation and collaboration among Muslim countries in the science and technology, and innovations field.

He made these remarks during a meeting with the management committee delegation of the COMSTECH Nobel Festival. The meeting was also attended by Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Pakistan Yerzhan Kistafin.

During the meeting, the committee members presented an overview of the Nobel Festival’s objectives, which primarily aim to ensure equitable access to education and science. The festival attracts Nobel laureates, scientists, and representatives from international organizations.

Cooperation Between Pakistan and Uzbekistan

The Kazakhstani Ambassador expressed his country’s strong commitment to educational cooperation with Pakistan and hailed the establishment of direct aerial connectivity between the two nations.

President Alvi commended COMSTECH’s efforts in fostering collaboration among Muslim nations in the field of science and technology.

The meeting highlighted the significance of knowledge-sharing and joint efforts in advancing scientific advancements within the Muslim world.
