ISLAMABAD: Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi, on Tuesday met with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif at the Prime Minister House, during which they discussed professional matters related to the Pakistan Navy.
During the meeting, the Naval Chief briefed the Prime Minister on the strategy for local weapons production and warships for the Pakistan Navy. He also provided updates on the ongoing efforts to make Pakistan self-sufficient in defense and acquire modern technology as part of the strategy.
