Pakistan’s PM, Kuwait’s Crown Prince Review Bilateral Ties

NEW YORK: Pakistan and Kuwait have reaffirmed the commitment to collaborate closely at the bilateral level as well as on regional and international issues of common interest.

This came during a meeting between Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, on the side-lines of the 79th United Nations General Assembly Session in New York.

The two leaders discussed the entire spectrum of bilateral ties, ranging from political, economic and defence cooperation to people-people exchanges.

The Prime Minister in his remarks affirmed the long-standing cordial relations between the two brotherly nations and expressed Pakistan’s keenness to further strengthen these ties.

The Prime Minister expressed his desire to engage with Kuwait in mutually beneficial economic investments under the Special Investment Facilitation Cell.
