ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s total liquid foreign reserves stood at 10,024.3 million dollars on Thursday, while reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reached 4,462.8 million dollars.
SBP said in a statement that foreign reserves of the central bank increased by 30 million dollars to reach 4,462.8 million dollars in the week ended on 20 April 2023.

Meanwhile, net foreign reserves with commercial banks stood at 5,561.5 million dollars, the statement added.
Pakistan’s reserves last week
In the previous week ending on 14 April 2023, the country’s total liquid foreign reserves were 9,964.9 million dollars. Foreign reserves held by the SBP were 4,432.5 million dollars, while net foreign reserves held by commercial banks were 5,532.4 million dollars. –APP
