Pakistan’s Foreign Minister to Visit Russia on January 29

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will depart on an official visit to Russia on January 29 at the invitation of Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.

According to details, the foreign minister will leave for Moscow on January 29 and will return on January 30.

FM Bilawal will hold official talks with his Russian counterpart Lavrov. The two sides will deliberate upon the entire spectrum of bilateral ties and exchange views on international and regional matters and issues of mutual interest.

Foreign Minister Bilawal calls for collective approach

Earlier, Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stressed a collective approach to address the issues faced by the region, including climate change.

The foreign minister welcomed the proposal of Uzbekistan for establishing a high-level dialogue platform on environmental cooperation within the framework of ECO, reported Radio Pakistan.
