Pakistan’s CJCSC Urges SCO Nations’ Collaboration on Military Medicines

RAWALPINDI: The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Sahir Shamshad Mirza on Tuesday attended the inaugural session of the SCO Members States Seminar held in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated in a press release. The theme of the Seminar was “Challenges in Military Medicines.”

During his speech, the CJCSC highlighted the importance of addressing emerging healthcare challenges, pandemics, and humanitarian crises through collective preparedness and response strategies. He underscored the significance of enhancing multilateral collaboration among SCO nations, particularly in the realm of military medicines.

CJCSC General Sahir Shamshad Mirza reiterated Pakistan’s pride in its partnership with the SCO and its unwavering commitment to further strengthen this cooperation.

He expressed gratitude to the SCO for providing a platform for dialogue and cooperation and extended appreciation to the delegates from partner countries for their wholehearted participation.
