Pakistan is showcasing different food products at the event, like rice, beverages, poultry, confectionery, and spices.
This event is an important platform for Pakistani companies as the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is among the top export partners and largest trading partner of Pakistan in the MENA region.
Pakistan’s Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai said in a statement that through constant efforts and regular participation, Pakistan has successfully expanded its market for herbal products, processed meat, fruits, and vegetables in the region.
It added that the Pakistani products showcased at Gulfood assure freshness and quality, where buyers can leverage the cost-competitiveness of Pakistan, lower transport costs, and short delivery time.
