ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has emerged as the third biggest investor in the Dubai real estate market, whereas India topped the list of investors in the real estate sector of the city in the Gulf, followed by the United Kingdom.
Head of Real Estate at Huspy, Azzam Fakhoury, said in an interview, “Pakistanis have been among the top 10 nationalities of home-buyers in Dubai for several years. They own over $10 billion worth of properties in Dubai,”.
India Top List of Investors in Dubai Real Estate Followed by Pakistan on Third Spot
According to the latest figures, Pakistanis have invested $10.6 billion in the Dubai real estate sector and are ranked as the third largest investors in the city on the Gulf. Indian investors lead Dubai real estate investments with $29.8 billion, followed by British investors with $14.7 billion investment.
