ISLAMABAD: Pakistani universities have signed cooperative agreements with top Turkish universities under the auspices of the Association of Private Sector Universities Pakistan (APSUP).
Istanbul Aydin University and Yeditepe University signed agreements with Pakistani universities, including the Iqra University, University of Lahore, Superior University, Preston University, the University of Sialkot, University of Management and Technology, Gift University, and Indus University, said a press release.
The key areas of cooperation include the exchange of faculty and students for teaching, research, studies, research projects, collaboration for short-term programs, and publications, organizing joint seminars, conferences, and other academic events. Cooperation in online learning, development of joint and dual degree programs and organizing joint cultural activities designed to promote international understanding.

The visiting Pakistani delegation also expressed condolence over human loss during the recent earthquake and offered Fatiha.
