ISLAMABAD: Komal Rizvi, Pakistani singer and Coke Studio star, surprised fans on Friday when she announced that she had tied the knot with S Ali Uppal, CEO and co-founder of a multi-billion dollar company in Silicon Valley.
The wedding ceremony took place in California in a closed-door event attended only by family and close friends.
Rizvi took to Instagram to share the news with her fans, along with pictures of herself in a stunning traditional silver lehenga.

In her post, she expressed her excitement for this new chapter in her life and thanked ALLAH Almighty for all the opportunities she has had so far.
She also shared a heartwarming message for her husband, promising to always dream, celebrate and walk beside him through whatever life may bring.
This is Rizvi’s second marriage, and earlier this year, she opened up regarding her first marriage which was an abusive one, and she suffered great emotional and physical trauma in her former marriage.
During a YouTube podcast, she spoke about the significance of teaching women how to establish boundaries and give them love and respect.
