COX’S BAZAR, Bangladesh: Pakistan Women U19 triumphed in a nail-biting encounter against Bangladesh Women U19, registering a 13-run win in the first T20 of their five-match series at the Cox’s Bazar Academy Ground on Wednesday. The second T20 will be played at the same venue on Friday, 5 December.

Opting to bat first, Pakistan posted a modest total of 88 all out in 19.4 overs. The innings was anchored by captain Eman Naseer, whose composed 30 runs off 41 balls stood as the foundation of the total.

Her 66-minute knock, characterized by patience and resilience on a challenging pitch, was crucial in a match where wickets fell frequently.

Areesha Ansari also contributed with a valuable 22 off 23 balls, including a four and a six, adding vital runs in the lower order.
