ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Federal Finance Minister, Senator Ishaq Dar, on Sunday said that the federal government had to make some difficult decisions to get the country out of the economic crisis.
While addressing the ‘Bacha Khan, Wali Khan & 21 Century’ conference in Islamabad, Ishaq Dar said that the focus of our politics should be public service. He said problems could not be solved through violence and war, adding that dialogue is the only way to solve problems.

Ishaq Dar says terrorism is the biggest evil
Ishaq Dar said that terrorism is the biggest evil nowadays. “Our forces are sacrificing their lives for the protection of the country. We have invested billions of rupees in eradicating terrorism, with the determination of the National Action Plan (NAP). The process should have been done, which is unfortunately not done. Today, terrorism is increasing in the country,” Dar maintained
Ishaq Dar said that we have to learn from the mistakes of the past and move forward. The destruction caused by the previous government cannot be improved in 6 months. Everyone has to make joint efforts to end the destruction of the previous government.
