OSLO: Pakistan Street Child Football team beat Arvoll IL club on Monday in their second contest of the World Youth Football Cup ‘Norway Cup’ in Oslo and qualified for the next round of the event.
The Pakistani side grabbed the victory with a margin of 2-1 goals and booked a place in the second round of the tournament. The two stunning goals for the Pakistan team were scored by skipper Tofail Shinwari and mid-fielder Abdul Wahab.
In the next match, the Pakistan Street Child Football team would face Skjold IL club on Tuesday.
It is worth mentioning here that Pakistan Street Child Football Team managed to grab the runner-up slot in the Street Child Football World Cup held in Qatar in 2022 and also in Norway Cup in 2015. The team also managed to secure the third position in Norway Cup 2016.
