SARGODHA: A solidarity rally in support of Palestine was organized by the Peace Council Bhalwal and Al-Qaim Welfare Council Pakistan Bhalwal on Saturday, denouncing Israeli atrocities.
Commencing from the main Imambargh Bhalwal, the rally concluded at Railway Station Chowk, witnessing significant participation from various segments of society.
Key figures present at the rally included Peace Council President Rana Fayyaz Naqshbandi, General Secretary Mubashir Ahmed Gujjar, Al-Qaim Welfare Council Patron Allama Baqir Shirazi, Maulana Ghulam Jaafar, Shia Ulema Council Tehsil President Allama Zaigham Shirazi, President of Majlis Wahdat Al-Muslimeen Maulana Raja Amjad Hussain, General Secretary of Bhalwal Press Club Syed Taswwar Sherazi, and others.
Expressing their views, participants said that the issue of Palestine had reached a critical juncture, with the Muslim Ummah firmly standing in solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people. They called upon Muslim rulers to actively engage in resolving the crisis. They lamented the silence of self-proclaimed advocates of human rights in the face of the ongoing massacre of Palestinians.
Protestors in the Palestine solidarity rally carried placards adorned with various slogans condemning Israeli atrocities, and a resolution advocating support for Palestinian victims was presented during the event.
