RAWALPINID: Of the 47 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders and workers, who had been taken to Adiala jail on Friday after they volunteered court arrest, six former lawmakers were shifted to Shahpur jail in Sargodha on Saturday.
The rest of 41 PTI workers, who volunteered the court arrest as part of the party’s “Jail Bharo” drive, have been detained in Adiala jail under 30 MPO (maintenance of public order).
Sources said that all five PTI leaders were shifted to Shahpur jail in a prison van between the night of Friday and Staurday.

Those who were shifted to Shahpur were Ijaz Khan Jazi, Sadaqat Abbasi, Fayyazul Hassan Chohan, Zulfi Bukhari and Latasab Satti, the sources said.
