ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Commerce, Industries & Production, and Overseas Pakistanis, Dr. Gohar Ejaz, on Tuesday returned to Islamabad after a successful visit to Saudi Arabia, where he engaged in top-level discussions to strengthen bilateral economic relations.
During his visit, Dr Ejaz met with key Saudi officials, including Commerce Minister Majid Bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi and Minister of Investment Khaled Al-Falih in Riyadh. The meetings were aimed at exploring opportunities for collaboration and investment between the two countries.
Accompanied by a delegation of twenty Pakistani industrialists, the minister held productive discussions with Saudi ministers on different avenues for enhancing bilateral trade and investment. The discussions stressed the significance of increasing cooperation in sectors such as construction, food, oil and gas, and agriculture.

Both sides agreed to work towards increasing investment in key sectors, paving the way for sustainable economic growth and prosperity.
