ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Russia on Wednesday inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at boosting bilateral collaboration in the domains of sports and physical culture.
The MoU was formalized between Pakistan’s Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination and Russia’s Ministry of Sports, said Pakistan’s Embassy in Moscow via its official X account.

The signing ceremony involved Pakistan’s Ambassador to Russia, Muhammad Khalid Jamali, and Russian Sports Minister Oleg Matytsin putting their signatures on the document.
Meanwhile, in Oslo, the recently appointed Ambassador of Egypt to Norway, Dr. Gamal Abdelrehim Mohamed Metwally, paid a courtesy visit to Pakistan’s Ambassador in Norway, Saadia Altaf Qazi.
During their meeting, they discussed mutual concerns and the ongoing collaboration between the two embassies, as shared by Pakistan’s Embassy in Oslo on its official X account on Wednesday.
