ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has recorded another 71 Covid-19 infections with no fatalities during the last 24 hours, according to the statistics released by the National Institute of Health (NIH) on Saturday.
Total infections swell to 1,577,482
The NIH data showed that while the country’s death toll stayed constant at 30,644, the overall number of illnesses increased to 1,577,482 after adding the 71 more cases.
A total of 4,860 tests were performed nationwide throughout the previous day (Friday), and the positivity rate was recorded at 1.46 percent. There were 11 people in critical condition.
