ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that peace and development in South Asia are linked to the permanent resolution of the Kashmir dispute.

In the latest tweet, the Pakistani premier said that “on the right to self-determination day today, I call upon the global community to play its part in giving Kashmiris of illegally occupied Jammu Kashmir (IIOJK) their legal right to decide their destiny.”
He said that India must reverse its actions of August 5 when it did away with the independent status of Jammu and Kashmir.
