RIYADH: Pakistan’s Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar and Crown Prince of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah on Saturday expressed deep concern over the current alarming situation in the Gaza Strip with staggering death toll and heavy destruction of civilian infrastructure amid the current Israeli aggression and blockade.

The two leaders met on the sidelines of the Joint Arab Islamic Extraordinary Summit and exchanged views over the current conflict in occupied Palestine, Pakistan’s PM Office Media Wing stated in a press release.

The two sides underlined the urgency for a truce, end to the blockade and provision of much-needed humanitarian help to the besieged people of the Gaza Strip.
