ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Navy has deployed its warships in the Arabian Sea after recent incidents of maritime security, Radio Pakistan reported on Sunday.
The state-run radio citied a statement of the spokesperson of Pakistan Navy as saying the ships are continuously patrolling the Arabian Sea to ensure safety of Pakistan’s trade routes.

The spokesperson added that continuous aerial surveillance of commercial passages is also being done in order to ensure the safety of Pakistan and global merchant ships.
It categorically stated that Pakistan Navy is well aware of its national responsibility to maintain maritime peace and order in the region.
