Pakistan Minister Lauds PM’s UNGA Speech on Issues of Kashmir, Palestine

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan, and SAFRON, Engineer Amir Muqam has lauded the country’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for vociferously raising the critical issues of Kashmir as well as Palestine in his United Nations General Assembly speech.

In a statement, he said that the Prime Minister effectively highlighted the critical issues in the UNGA session.  He that said the Prime Minister’s milestone speech accurately reflects the hopes and dreams of the Kashmiris and Palestinians.

The Minister recalled that the PM Shehbaz Sharif in his speech highlighted New Dehli’s human rights abuses in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IIOJK) as well as stressed the need to address long-standing disputes, including the liberation of IIOJK and the Palestinian dispute.

Additionally, Amir Muqam commended the Pakistani delegation’s walkout during the Israeli Prime Minister’s speech, calling it a highly admirable move.
