WASHINGTON: Pakistan’s Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb held a meeting with the United States Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Resources Mr. Geoffrey Pyatt in Washington.
During the meeting, the Finance Minister briefed Mr. Pyatt on the challenges faced by Pakistan’s energy sector and the comprehensive reforms being introduced by the government.
The Finance Minister expressed appreciation for the United States’ support regarding Pakistan’s transition to renewable energy sources.
