Pakistan-Kazakhstan BPC in Astana to Review Bilateral Relations

ISLAMABAD: The Second Round of Bilateral Political Consultations between Pakistan and Kazakhstan will be held in Astana, Kazakhstan, on Monday (26 June), in which the entire spectrum of bilateral relations will be reviewed.

Syed Ahsan Raza Shah, Additional Secretary (Afghanistan and West Asia), will lead the Pakistan side, while Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Kanat Tumyst will lead the Kazakh side, Foreign Office Spokesperson said in a press note on Sunday.

Bilateral Relations

The spokesperson said that during consultations, both sides would review the whole spectrum of bilateral ties in political, economic, connectivity, trade, science & technology, cultural and people-to-people contacts to strengthen the deep-rooted brotherly relations.

The first session of the BPC was organized on 28 February 2020, in Islamabad.
