ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Met Office has warned likely flash flooding over the hill torrents of DG Khan division along with streams of east Balochistan.
According to the Met Office alert, issued on Thursday, “Flash flooding is expected over the hill torrents of DG Khan division along with nullahs of east Balochistan”.
Rivers flows
It added, “The river Indus is in median flood level at Kalabagh and Chashma”. The Met Office said that all major rivers are flowing within their normal flow.
The Met Office said that widespread monsoon showers continue across Pakistan on Thursday.

The Met Office has predicted likely rain-wind/thundershower at isolated places in Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan and northeast Balochistan on Thursday.
Heavy rain is expected at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa while the weather is likely to remain hot and humid in other parts of the country, the PMD said.
