ISLAMABAD: The government has increased the prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), issuing a notification on Thursday.
According to the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), the price per kilogram of the LPG has been increased by Rs2.88 for the month of November.
As a result of this increase, the rate of a domestic LPG cylinder has increased by Rs34.09, bringing the total price to Rs2,999.47.
For October, the price of a domestic cylinder stood at Rs2,965.38. The latest increase is expected to impact households across Pakistan as LPG is a key energy source for many.
