ISLAMABAD: The per tola price of 24 karat gold recorded an increase of Rs.300 on Friday and was sold at Rs 257,700 against its sale at Rs 257,400 on the previous trading day in the local market.
According to All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association the price of ten grams of 24 karat also increased by Rs256 to Rs.220,936 from Rs.220,680, whereas that of ten-gram 22 karat raised to Rs202,525 from Rs202,290,
The price of per tola silver increased by Rs.50 to Rs.2,900 whereas the price of ten-gram silver went up by Rs.42.87 to Rs.2,486.28.
The Association reported that prices of gold in the international market raised by $7 to $2,461 as compared to the previous day rates of $2,454.
