ISLAMABAD: The incarcerated former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, on Wednesday challenged his indictment in the cipher case before the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

In his petition, the PTI chairman requested the apex court to set aside the judgment of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) dated October 26, and that of the trial court dated October 23 pertaining to his indictment.

Earlier on November 3, the PTI chief had approached the Supreme Court seeking bail in the cipher case.

The trial court and Islamabad High Court had denied bail to the arrested former prime minister in the cipher case.
