KABUL: The Embassy of Pakistan in Kabul, Afghanistan, observed Kashmir Black Day on Friday, honoring the resilience and sacrifices of the people of Jammu and Kashmir in their ongoing struggle against the illegal Indian occupation.
The solemn event commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the playing of Pakistan’s national anthem. Special messages from the President, Prime Minister, and Foreign Minister of Pakistan were read aloud, emphasizing the nation’s unwavering support for the Kashmiri cause.
Documentary Screening on Kashmir Black Day
During the commemoration, a powerful documentary depicting the brutalities committed by Indian occupation forces in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir was screened. The documentary shed light on the harsh realities faced by the Kashmiri populace under the repressive Indian occupation.
In his address, the Head of Mission, Ambassador Ubaid Ur Rehman Nizamani, reaffirmed Pakistan’s steadfast diplomatic, moral, and political support for the Kashmiri people in their rightful struggle for the fundamental right to self-determination. Ambassador Nizamani emphasized the importance of international solidarity in addressing the humanitarian crisis in the region and advocating for the Kashmiri people’s right to decide their own destiny.
