ISLAMABAD: Cricket in Pakistan is immensely popular, and so are the star cricketers. On the festive occasion of Eidul Fitr, Pakistan cricket stars wished their fans and supporters around the world a very Eid Mubarak.
The Pakistan cricket team is currently on a tour of New Zealand, and the team offered their Eid prayers there in the city of Hamilton.
The Pakistan Cricket Board on its official X handle posted a video of the star cricketers, where one can see the legendary Muhammad Yusuf, batsman Imamul Haq, cricketing superstar Babar Azam, Muhammad Rizwan, Haris Rauf and others offering their Eid prayers.

“Celebrate and enjoy”
The cricketers can be seen embracing their fans outside the prayer hall and greeting them. Muhammad Rizwan, Babar Azam and others can also been seen letting fans get selfie pictures taken with them.
The players are also seen hugging each other after the prayers and greeting each other on the festive occasion. Towards the end in their video messages, Babar Azam asked everyone to celebrate and enjoy Eid and requested fans to remember the team in their prayers.
Naseem Shah wished all Muslims around the world a happy Eid and requested everyone to enjoy the day and “forgive everyone”.
Cricketer Naseem Shah also shared on his social media account a video, where members of the Pakistan cricket team shared their Eid wishes.
