LAHORE: Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sikandar Sultan Raja has chaired a significant meeting at the Provincial Election Commission offices to review preparations for the polls in Punjab, local media reported on Friday.
CEC Reviews Preparations Polls in Punjab
According to APP, the Election Commission of Pakistan members, including Babar Hussain Bharwana, Nisar Ahmad Durrani, Justice (retd) Akramullah Khan, Commission Secretary Umar Hameed, Punjab Election Commissioner Saeed Gull and other officials attended the meeting. Saeed Gull briefed the meeting regarding preparations for the general polls in Punjab, bye-elections in several constituencies of the province and district government polls. The Chief Election Commissioner also directed the participants to ensure completion of all preparations for polls on time.
