NEW YORK: Pakistan’s Foreign Minister, Jalil Abbas Jilani, held a meeting his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, in New York and discussed matters of mutual interest and bilateral relations between Islamabad and Moscow.
The meeting took place on the sideline of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly, said the Pakistan Foreign Office in a statement issued on Friday.

During their talks, they examined the achievements and developments arising from the 5th round of Bilateral Political Consultations, which occurred in Islamabad in June 2023.
