Islamabad: The Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan, Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki met with Pakistan’s Minister for Aviation, Khawaja Saad Rafique, on Thursday. As per the details, the two sides exchanged views on bilateral ties and cooperation.

According to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the two sides discussed matters of common interest during the meeting.
Earlier, the Saudi Ambassador lauded the launch of the ‘Road to Makkah’ initiative as a groundbreaking program designed to provide seamless services and enhanced facilities for esteemed pilgrims traveling to the Kingdom for the sacred Hajj pilgrimage.

Speaking at a conference organized by Tehreek-e-Difa Harmain Sharifain, Ambassador Al-Malki emphasized that the initiative aims to streamline the journey of pilgrims and ensure a hassle-free experience. It efficiently manages essential requirements such as passports, customs procedures, health necessities, and luggage transportation, facilitating their accommodations in the holy city of Makkah, the ambassador said.
