ISLAMABAD: A high-level delegation of Italian and Pakistani businessmen and investors will visit Pakistan in the last week of the current month to further explore the avenues and opportunities of mutual interests in various sectors in Pakistan.
It was stated by Muhammed Sheheryar Khan Honorary Investment Counselor of Pakistan for Italy in Lahore, while talking to CEO Pakistan Furniture Council (PFC) Mian Kashif Ashfaq, according to a press release on Sunday.
He further added that the visiting delegation would also attend the upcoming 4th Edition of TEXPO 2023 in Karachi on 26 May. Later the dignitaries would brief about the significance of the largest textile exhibition in the country.
Italian Markets for Pakistani Businessmen
Highlighting the prospects of investment and business opportunities in Pakistan, Muhammad Sheheryar Khan urged the business community in Pakistan to redouble their outreach in Italian markets to boost Pakistan’s exports in different fields, including textile, agriculture, food, IT, and marble.
Mian Kashif Ashfaq said Pakistan Furniture Council would welcome the Italian delegation to facilitate them to make their business visit a real success. __APP
