ISLAMABAD: Thousands of Haj pilgrims are expected to reach Madinah today (Tuesday) as nine flights have been scheduled to transport nearly 3,000 individuals on this auspicious journey.

The Road to Makkah project would facilitate the arrival of 4 flights from Islamabad, while an additional 5 flights are scheduled to arrive from Karachi, Sialkot, and Multan.

The Hajj mission in Madinah said that all required preparations had been completed for the pilgrims’ transportation, accommodation, and meals.

Under the special directives of Religious Minister Senator Talha Mahmood, the Hajj Moavineen and Pakistan medical mission are working around the clock to assist and support the Hajj pilgrims.

The Minister repeatedly instructed the mission officials not to neglect to serve the pilgrims.

Pilgrims are Pakistan’s representatives

Moreover, he urged the hajj pilgrims to demonstrate patience during their journey and stay in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He said that the pilgrims should exhibit discipline as they are representatives of Pakistan.

It is to be noted that this year’s Hajj will witness the participation of nearly 180,000 Pakistani pilgrims.
