LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), supreme leader Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif said on Wednesday that others have landed on the moon, but we are not able to rise from the ground.

During the 14th parliamentary session of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Nawaz Sharif further said, “In our era, people were moving from unemployment to employment, breaking free from the line of poverty. The era of inflation started during Imran Khan’s tenure.”

In the meeting, Maryam Nawaz, Ishaq Dar, Ahsan Iqbal, and Rana Sanaullah were also present.

PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif, addressing the gathering, said that they are issuing tickets to ticket holders and have conducted a three-week scrutiny of the candidates.

The former Prime Minister also said that Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui also mentioned that there was an agenda to remove Nawaz Sharif, so he was thrown out within three hours. He questioned the need for fabricating false cases and bringing a fake dictionary. He asked, “In which country is it done that elected representatives of the people are sent home? Due to these reasons, today the country is in chaos.”

He further stated that they had to be removed, and one person had to be brought in, and that was the agenda. Therefore, they were ousted with the pretext of Panama and portrayed as honest and trustworthy.

Furthermore, he mentioned that ending load shedding in four years is not an easy task, and they have shown it.

Besides, he questioned who has built motorways other than them and emphasized their achievements in public transportation. He also highlighted the increase in the price of bread from 4 rupees to 20 rupees, indicating the economic challenges faced by the country.
