JEDDAH: Officials of Jeddah Airports Company said that the operational plan for the Umrah season of the current year was successful, and that the airport also witnessed a smooth flow of movement of passengers despite the increased number of flights since the start of the season.

Officials said that the airport served over 4.4 million passengers during t Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr holiday.
The Saudi Press Agency reported that Jeddah Airports also increased its readiness earlier in the current year by adopting the operational plan for the season of Umrah, which focuses on providing all types of facilities to the expected numbers of people arriving in order to perform Umrah via the airport terminals during the holy month of Ramadan.
The terminals were also equipped to provide the best services, thus offering passengers unified travel experience.
