OIC Strongly Condemns Terrorist Attack on School in Western Uganda

JEDDAH: The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) issued a statement on Sunday, vehemently condemning the horrific terrorist attack on a school in western Uganda that took place on Friday, resulting in the loss of numerous lives and leaving many others injured.

The OIC expressed its deepest condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, as well as to the Government and people of Uganda. The organization also extended its well wishes for a swift recovery to those who were injured in the attack.

Reaffirming its unwavering stance against all forms and manifestations of terrorism, the OIC underscored its complete support for the Ugandan authorities in their efforts to combat terrorism. The organization emphasized the importance of international cooperation in tackling the global menace of terrorism.
