JEDDAH: The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Hissein Brahim Taha, hosted Chen Weiqing, the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Special Representative to the OIC, for a farewell visit at the General Secretariat headquarters on Wednesday, marking the end of the Ambassador’s term.
During the meeting, both sides acknowledged the strong bilateral relations between the OIC and China, expressing their mutual commitment to further deepen dialogue and cooperation.
The Secretary-General praised Ambassador Weiqing’s significant contributions in advancing the friendly and cooperative ties between China and the OIC.
