ISLAMABAD: The National Productivity Organization (NPO), in collaboration with the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI), is set to host a webinar on ‘Accident Prevention and Control in the Workplace’ scheduled for Tuesday, October 3.
This webinar aims to equip safety officers with the knowledge and skills to manage and minimize accidents within their respective industries.
Accidents, by their very nature, are unforeseen events that can result in property damage, illness, loss of life, and reduced productivity. While they cannot be eradicated, the right strategies, preparations, and actions can significantly reduce their occurrence.
Upon completing this course, participants will be well-equipped to assess and identify risks and hazards specific to their industry and implement effective mitigation measures.
The workshop covers essential topics such as risk assessment, hazard identification, report writing, accident investigation, and safety audit reporting. —APP
